301 redirect problems – how do I add a relative URL to old domain ?

Have set up a new wordpress web site recently and want to do 301 redirects, however I get the following error message.
You can only redirect from a relative URL
I understand that I need to ‘add the relative URL on your old domain’. However I dont understand what this means.
Trying to 301 redirect
https://skimarket.co.uk/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=11&products_id=419
to
https://www.flyingduck.co.uk/gifts-gadgets-games/uvex-sporty-glasses/Please can you help to explain what I need to do. Thanks
