301 redirect REGEX

  • I am using the Redirection plugin and need to add a redirect in there because I want to change my permalink structure from:

    /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

    to:

    /%year%-%monthnum%/%postname%/

    How would I write that in REGEX so that my urls map correctly?
