    What redirect did you create?

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the quick response.

    We created A 301 Redirect:

    Regards.

Have you tried clearing your site cache? The redirect appears to work fine in the browser, and you do appear to be using site caching.

We tried clearing cache in the browser and it still shows the same.

We even tried it in incognito/private mode in multiple browsers.

Your site cache, not your browser cache.

For me the page is redirecting. The redirect checker is showing different results. The only thing that would explain this is a cache. Your site is using a cache.

You may want to talk to your host provider as this is not something related to Redirection, which appears to be working.

    Thanks for checking it.

We are using WordPress and by removing Site Cache, do you mean removing cache from the backend of website?

Or is it about removing cache in server?

Could you please help with explaining how we can implement it?

Also, it seems to be working for some other posts and redirection works perfectly for them.

    Example:

I don’t know how your site is set up so I can’t explain. This is not directly related to the plugin so is also outside of what I can help with.

Yes, this sounds like a caching issue.

Whatever caching you are doing on the server needs to be cleared.
