301 Redirects Not working

  • I installed the plugin set up 3 different 301 redirects and nothing works.

    It seems pretty straight forward so I am not sure what I could be doing wrong.

    Is there anything that is not obvious that I have to do to get the redirects to work?

    Please help.

    I think I figured it out. For the source URL, do not use the full URL.

    Example – do not use https://www.mysite.com/folder1/folfer2 as the source URL

    Use: /folder1/folder2

    Worked for me – hope it works for you. Looking at the support forum here, it does not look like too many questions are answered very often.
