301 redirects when swapping sites

Hi Everyone!

I want to move/create some sub-domains like so:

healthitlink.com moves to apps.healthitlink.com

community.healthitlink.com to healthitlink.com

The “apps” sub-domain will be new. The existing “community” sub-domain
will no longer be needed.

I’ve already created the apps subdomain and moved ‘healthitlink.com’ to it.

I’ve also moved the site “community” subdomain so it now resides at healthitlink.com

Can someone point me in the right direction? Would a plugin be best?
