3.0.4 update – calendar disappeared

I’ve just updated to 3.0.4 and now on the page where I use the shortcode, the calendar is missing and the sidebar (right) and footer is missing too!

On other pages, where the sidebar displays, the calendar widget is empty.

When I try to press the ‘Clear Cache’ button it just hangs and never completes.

I uninstalled the plugin (deleting all settings), and then reinstalled and manually recreated the calendar but it did not help.
