[Plugin: Exec-PHP] Editor cannot edit any posts – but can view/delete

Works for me in WordPress 2.9.

Grant the following capabilities to role Editor: edit_others_posts, edit_others_pages, edit_others_php and exec_php.

Having the same problem. I only want the administrator to have edit_others_php and exec_php, but if editors lack the current needed extra exec-php capabilites, they can’t moderate comments.

Just wanted to verify frankpw’s solution. I used a plugin called Capability Manager to handle this.
