URL duplicating

Hi,

I just checked my Google web master account and there are 70 not found links that have appeared overnight!

When clicked they look like this…

https://mydomain/blog\’https://wwmydomain/blog/get-in-touch/\’

I’m baffled so any ideas to towards resolving this is very much appreciated.
