what’s wrong with my admin sidebar menu?

hi guys

been using wordpress for a while, for some reason now my admin sidebar menu on the left has shrink to small icons, whenever i click tiny arrow to expand the menu then click any settings, it’d would shrink again.

i tried different browser and install wordpress with different sql database, make no difference at all.

i would like to have the admin sidebar menu expanded all the time.
