32 Sub Site Limit

    My client tried to activate the plugin on their production site, after testing on their development site.

    After entering the license key and pressing the “Activate License” button, they are displayed the error:

    The license is limited to 32 sub-sites. You need to upgrade your license to cover all the sub-sites on your network

    So far they have the plugin activated on 3 websites, with 10 users across those sites (see redacted screenshot)

    What course of action can I/they take to activate the plugin?
