3.2 Upgrade Failing

It sounds like a permissions issue. Try to download the plugin to your desktop and install via upload. The other question is, has something changed on your server? Can you still install other/upgrade other plugins.

I don’t heard of this issue previously and haven’t experienced it outside of a permissions change.

Interestingly the link you posted above is slightly incorrect. It shows as ‘https://downloads.www.ads-software.com…’ and it should be ‘https://downloads.www.ads-software.com…’

I just re-updated the plugin and this is what I see

Removing the old version of the plugin…

I also see it working as follows.

Try reinstalling and let me know.
