3.2.1 will not accept an administrator password

I have tried everything suggest in the forums to open my admin panel. I reset the password by email. it would not take it. I used the new password from www.ads-software.com.

Again it would not take it. I put it in the function.php file and custom_function.php file no. I used the emergency password script suggested on this site. No go.

The interesting thing is I can still get into one of my blogs using the old password. But not the network admin site.

Is there a file I can change to stop this problem?
