3.3.1 Media ( HTTP error. ) After upgrading site.

    After updating my install to 3.3.1 I am getting the following error when trying to upload media.

    “HTTP error.”

    I have reinstalled WordPress
    I have disabled all plugins.
    I have checked owner and permissions on directories.
    I am running the site on 2010 theme.
    I’ve double checked that wp-content/uploads has been set.
    I’ve pulled out some hair.
    I’m going looking for the bourbon.
