Error message on wp-db.php line 304?

  • Sorry if this topic is posted elsewhere, I couldn’t find it.

    I’m a newbie to WP and to PHP. I have all of my files installed, but I keep getting this Error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_bloginfo() in /home/kellyw/public_html/tygress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 304

    It seems to pointing to a line in a file, which I’ve looked at, but being unfamiliar with PHP I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be looking for to correct. Help? Suggestions?
