[Plugin: WPtouch iPhone Theme] WPTouch Theme Appearing for Non-Mobile Browsers

I’ve enabled WpTouch on my blog and the WpTouch Mobile theme is showing up on my Windows PC using both Firefox and IE. It occurs 100% on the home page main index and 10% on posts.
I’m using W3Cache however I’ve disabled it and it still occurs.
Thoughts?
