    Sorry for my bad english

    I have a problem. I have installed wordpress in my local pc.

    The problem is:

    When I insert my username and password to entry in my blog, wordpress don’t visualize the manager page but visualize the “Index Of” of my admin directory

    why it?

  • Sounds like your web server isn’t configured to recognise index.php as a valid index file. Try adding:

    DirectoryIndex index.php index.html

    to your root .htaccess file.
