Photos corrupted on upload

Hi Everyone.

I’m having a real problem with images on my WordPress Blog. I’m able to upload images just fine, but something strange is going on once they are uploaded. They seem to be getting cut up and distorted:

I’ve reinstalled WordPress a few times, cleared the browser cache, restarted my browser and my computer, tried to upload from a few different computers and have tried a ton of different images and image formats on different computers and browsers.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
