the plugin does not regenerate images

Hello!
I’ve been using this plugin for 2 months, but then for another reason, I was infected with malwares and google put me on blacklist. Unfortunately I had to remove all the plugins because they were infected, including this one. After re-installing all, reGenerate Thumbnails Advanced does not restore thumbnails as before. I have the orbital theme, which cut the images and with this plugin, I left them in the size that I wanted. I do not know what is happening.
