35 CSS & 38 JS files in Header

  • Hello,

    our WordPress website refers to
    – 35 stylesheet-files and
    – 38 JavaScript-files
    within the header.

    All minified thanks to WP rocket.

    pagespeed insights shows that a large part of Javascript and stylesheets are not needed on the homepage.
    With
    <! — JS- or CSS-file–> I can I stop CSS and JS loading on the start page only.

    Which template on the FTP server do I have to edit?

    Is my plan possible at all (as the link to CSS and JS files is generated and loading probably cannot be prevented)??
