3.5 Image Upload Issues non stop

I have experienced the same image upload issues with multiple clients across multiple hosts. Constantly getting errors while uploading images. This is CERTAINLY a 3.5 problem, as I have troubleshot the hell out of this issue. I am very sick of telling clients to “just build in 3.4”. I know that’s not a good solution, but it’s the best one I have got to date. And forget about the telling me to “contact my hosting provider”. We all know they are useless in solving most problems, and I have already contacted over 6 different hosts about this issue, with no real answers. I want to hear from someone who actually knows what they are talking about here.
