First commit to Subversion gives an error

Hi,
I have created my first plugin, it has been accepted to extend, I had the email live in one hour over 24 hours ago, I downloaded TortoiseSVN and it connects downloded the folder structure, am not able to commit with my logon details from here.

I replied to the plugin email account but no answer as yet, what should I do next, any suggestions?
