• I recently updated my WordPress to 3.8.1 and now can’t upload media to my posts. But my problem is weird, so let me just go through the scenario that happens . . .

    1) Try uploading media (in this case a featured image)
    2) Media uploads but doesn’t show in the post (it shows as a gray, x’d rectangle thing)
    3) While still editing the post, I try again. There’s nothing in my media library, so I reupload
    4) Repeat process 5 times
    5) Click on the “Media” option in the sidebar and see 5 new images, as well as my entire rest of my library

Basically, it uploads the images but doesn’t show them in posts. It’s not a hosting issue (I don’t believe) nor a theme or plugin issue.

EDIT: And I changed my theme just to double check and now this happened: bluestribute.net

    And because I can’t edit:

I switched themes and everything got messed up, so I downloaded a new one and oh, by the way, no NO buttons work. I can click a “save changes” button or “update” button directly from my plugin or theme page, but of course it does nothing. I can only browse through all my themes and stuff, but as soon as I try USING them, nothing happens
