3.8.1 Menu Items Do not Drag and Drop

    When I click on a menu item to arrange the order, it begins pushing the menu boxes below, downward cloning outlines of menu boxes for as long as I leave the mouse button down.

    Any ideas? This is only happening on the Apearance > Menus page. I can rearrange widgets just fine.
