3.9 beta 1 Image editor, cursor toggles

Just a minor UI problem.
While on the edit image window, cursor toggles to “insert text” mode when hovering on crop, rotate, etc. buttons.3.9 beta 1 on local, using Windows 7, XAMPP, Firefox.

You mean this screen?
I can’t reproduce that. When I hover over them, they remain pointer (on Mac). Gonna need to get more Windows people :/ (can you check on other browsers?)
