3.9 RC1 – Admin bar admin/front color mismatch

Just found out that the admin bar on the front-end uses different colors than I’ve selected and use in the Dashboard area. It looks like the front-end uses the default color scheme. Not sure if this is new in the beta/rc cycles. Assuming this is not intended.
