3CX Live Chat WordPress Page Issue

    The shortcode for the live chat is in the footer and works well, however the issue is if you start a chat on one page and move to a different page, the chat resets. That means that the visitor needs to reenter “Name” for example and on the 3CX chat side, the “[Name] has quit].

    Definitely is something that we are working on to resolve in our upcoming releases. The session will be terminated either by the user or by timeout.
    Any other valuable input for the plugin is always welcomed.
