3D FlipBook : Dflip Lite Not Working on Mobile

  • Hi – I am trying to get this flipbook to show up on mobile but it is still linking to our old magazines (on issuu.com). It works correctly on desktop but the mobile link isn’t redirecting. I’ve tried clearing the WP Engine cache.

    Hi,

    The flipbooks are loading in our mobiles. So it’s most probably device cache issue or due to CDN cache in your area.

    Try clearing CDN cache and then try in incognito(*private) mode of browser.

    HI,

    We are not able to reproduce your issue on mobiles. Can you share a screenshot of what happens after you click on the thumbs? or are the thumbs not appearing at all?

    What mobile devices ,OS and browser are you using? We will try recreating those scenario too.
