3D Flipbook Not Showing

    Hi there

    I am using embedpress pdf in Elementor, which works fine at displaying a standard PDF, but refuses to show it as a 3D flipbook, even though the ‘Flipbook’ option is selected.

    Also I’d like to know if it’s possible to remove the pdf toolbar above the display as it’s quite heavy and distracting. I have the Pro version but still none of the options seem to address this.

    Regarding your query, I have checked the URL you shared, and seems you are using the EmbedPress Document widget instead of using EmbedPress PDF. I want to suggest you to use EmbedPress PDF widget and the Flipbook option will work. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/DeJtXe

    About the Toolbar remove this is our pro feature. I would like to suggest you to reach us here about any pro feature query.

    It seems there is some misinformation being provided by the widget – i am certainly using the PDF widget (as screenshot below).

    Is there another reason why this might be the case?

    Regarding your query, It seems really strange. I would like to suggest you to remove the current widget and add a new EmbedPress PDF widget and follow the steps on screencast – https://d.pr/v/DeJtXe

    Thanks for the screencast…..

    It seems it is a bug so I have abandoned it for now and moved from Elementor.

    Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update.
