• I would like the model to open in the modal box when I press on the 3D Object link. (See deskline.ergostate.com)

Is this a bug or does this require pro-version?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

After the popup is shown the 3D viewer must be initialized by calling woo3dvInit3D() function, although free version allows only one model per page.

    Hi @fuzzoid,

I have tried the plugin in our store and tried the shortcode in a popup but the model is only appearing after click full screen. Any suggestions how to fix this pls?

Can you pls explain a bit regarding the use of woo3dvInit3D()??

I think you need to fire woo3dvInit3D() function right after the popup window is shown.
For the PRO version I’d suggest using the thumbnail image.

I am using a bootstrap model for the popup and trying to display the shortcode in it on click.

Hope this clears the way I am using the plugin shortcode in product details page.

Well, am I going to face the same issues if I go for the premium version?

Let me know the pricing pls
