3D options not appearing

  • Hi Peter,

    When I add the plugin to my widget sidebar it no longer shows any 3D customisation options. There is only the vanilla list of tags.

    In other words, in Appearance / Widgets / Sidebar the customisation options no longer appear. This is true with Accessibility Mode Activated and Deactivated.
    The only options I see are Title, Taxonomy, and whether to show Tag Counts or not.

    Do you have a solution for this?

    What I want to show is a sphere with all 200+ Tags used in my posts.

    Hi Peter,
    I’d really appreciate an answer on this.

    When I go into Appearance/ Widgets none of the customisation options appears.
    The only options are Title, Taxonomy, and Show Tag Counts.
    And then the widget displays a simple list of (presumably) the top 45 tags, varying by size.

    I really loved the simple spherical cloud and would like to get it back again, but the option even to set this is not showing for me.

    Hi FinnJackson,

    Sorry for not answering you so long. For some reason I have not received any email from here regarding new posts. I just published the last version of the plugin. It will no longer be supported but I would try to help you if you still want to use the plugin.
    Would you please send me some screenshots? At the moment I would suggest you two things:
    1. Start switching off the other installed plugins one by one and check if the problem is caused by one of them. This is common case.
    2. Change your WP Theme with one of standard WP themes and see if plugin works. This is another common case.

    Let me know the results.
