3D Secure check does not appear

    Hello!

    Hope this message finds you well.

    I have a WordPress site (https://guardianoftime.eu/), to which Stripe option is connected.
    There is such kind of problem: while paying with a credit card, the 3D Secure check does not appear. I use a bank card with 3DS card.

    Stripe support has recommended to contact you (WooCommerce) regarding this issue.
    Can you check on the integration and make sure that it meets the new SCA implementation?

    Please help me to solve this problem.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand you’re having some trouble with 3D secure not working as expected on the site.

    For clarity, has 3D secure worked as expected in the past? If so, do you perhaps recall any changes you may have made to the site just before this started happening?

    In order to look into this further, could you please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have those, you can paste the results in your response here.

    Additionally, if you could share a link to a product on the site for us to try checking out with, that would be helpful ??
