3D Secure payment endless loop (in testing mode)

    Hello, I’m having like 90% successfully set up Stripe Payments. Have not gone live yet, and I have noticed a problem with 3D Secure payments in testing mode.

    When I do a payment with test card number 4000002760003184 from Stripe, next the confirmation page from Stripe will appear quick and nicely in the same tab, but when I confirm there, I will see the payment page again, with its waiting and redirection animation, then the Stripe confirmation page will appear again.
    (And again and again, if I confirm again.)

    I turned on the debug log, but there is no message about that. In the events at Stripe dashboard I can see an incomplete transaction for every time I tried.

    However after checking the option “Disable 3D Secure Iframe” it is working fine!

    Question: I guess I must keep the Iframe disabled. But should I try to solve this to be able to enable the Iframe, if I want the paying process to be as nicely as possible?

    Or is there a possibility that 3D Secure Iframe is not working in testing mode but would function perfectly in live mode?

    Your are welcome to try. I’ve set it back to 3D Secure Iframe enabled for now and when using the card number above you will probably see the same effect at https://chillisimo.de/test-zahlungsbutton/

    Thank you for your report and the test site.

    This has been fixed in Stripe Payments 2.0.42, which should be released shortly.

    If you want to test it before it’s pushed to WP repo, go to Stripe Payments – Settings and look for “Testing version” at the right hand column.

    This should now be be resolved. Please update to version 2.0.42.

    Yes I can confirm. It’s working fine now! Thanks a lot.

    I have a similar problem (I’m updated to version 2.0.43).

    I’m using test mode, and it works fine on the desktop, but when I try to load it on a mobile device it shows an endless loading loop.
