3D viewer not displaying in firefox

I tried to view the model from the Firefox browser directly from by URL. firefox can’t access the file. maybe your developer/hosting provider can help.

Thanks for your reply @shehabulislam, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I used an image temporarily as the site needed to go live and there was a fair bit of traffic. I’ve recreated the page elsewhere so you could have another look for me if that would be at all possible: https://metaverse-vr.co.uk/troubleshooting/

I’ve played around a little and I’m finding that if I visit https://metaverse-ve.co.uk/troubleshooting/ in Firefox the model doesn’t show but if I visit https://metaverse-vr.co.uk/troubleshooting it does.

This is odd right, or is there a setting that I’m missing?
