3DS pop-up is not complete

The rendering of the 3DS 2.0 authentication pop-up is controlled by Braintree. It’s possible your theme is not allowing scrolling of the iFrame so I would start there.

Can you try disabling your theme and enabling something like the twentynineteen theme then testing? That will tell us if it’s your theme or something else.

I’ve switched theme to Twenty19 and problem was resolved.

I’ve also noticed that all Variable products cannot be added to cart when plugin is activated.

The theme I am using is OceanWP. I’ve already posted my issues on their support forum.

We have been requesting that merchants the 3.0.0 release candidate. I recommend you install the RC and and see if you observe the same behavior.

Which problem are you referring to? You mentioned two thus far in this thread; one related to the 3DS pop-up and the other related to variable products.

The 3DS popup issue was resolved when you changed your theme. That means your theme has css specifics that are causing the iFrame ux issues. you will need to change some of your theme’s css.

With regard to variable products, can you please elaborate on what you mean when you say they can’t be added to the cart when the plugin is active. What happens? Do you get an error message? Did you look in the WC failure logs to see if there is anything?

Our plugin only interacts with the add to cart feature when the product is a Braintree subscription product.

Variable product issue was resolved with unchecking option: Customize > Woocommerce > Single Product > Ajax add to cart

Still looking for 3DS pop-up resolution though ??
Will keep it posted if I get an Answer on OceanWP support forum.

As I was doing some more testing I found out that Dropin form works perfect, but pup-up at custom form is not complete.

Any idea what could be wrong with custom form option?

As you mentioned several posts ago, switching your theme resolved the 3DS popup issue with MasterCard. I recommend you have your theme developer take a look at the css they need to change.
