3rd level doesn’t work

and anything past the subcategory doesn’t work.

Shortcode I am using is: [search-into-subcategories parent_category=0 hide_empty=0 max_depth=4 search_input=0 labels=Category|Subcategory|Subsubcategory|Sub]

And my category architecture is:
Administrative (level 1 category)
