3x “yes/no” options pr. question – How to?

  • I need a very specific setup of questions, giving an image and 3 times Yes/No options.

    How do I set this up? I don’t see a specific solution.

    I mean True/False! How do I get 3 True / False questions for each image?
    I need 3 on each question.
