    Huge Issue – Our Customer Order Information is Getting Deleted Upon Updating Shipment Data!!!

    A quick work around, if you have not already done so, is to disable the auto order update task in Shipworks and manually update each order with tracking and status. Hopefully a roll back or a fix is available ASAP!!

    Thanks for the Tip! I’m going to do that now.

    When it happened with the first order I figured it was just a fluke, but then it happened with another order and the data it deletes is not the same on each order. It looks it overwrites a bunch of the Meta Keys in postmeta table with _wc_shipment_tracking_items over and over with the Tracking Data.

    Ok I just spoke with Olivier, the Developer, and he is pushing out a fix that should appear in the next 15 minutes or so. I think he indicated that it had something to do with a conflict with the woocommerce shipment tracking plugin.

    4.2.2 installed meta data issue resolved. But still an issue – The order status is being updated in Woo but tracking information is not being updated.

    I was able to manually push the tracking data from shipworks up to the site on one of my orders. I also was able to update the order status manually from Shipworks.

    @jpdavy1 Did you re-enable the Actions in Shipworks to Auto Push the tracking Data?
