    Hey all,
just wanted to drop a warning that updating to 4.3 erased all sites from our dashboard so think twice before updating. Even if trying to export a CSV there’s just a message saying there are no sites.

Update: looks like the sites are still in the DB as trying to add a previous site results in the message “Error detected: Site is already connected to your MainWP Dashboard”.

    We have the same problem.

For now the solution is to remove Main WP 4.3 from the server by using a FTP client like Filezilla. You can find the plugin in wp-content/plugins.

Next step is to upload Main WP version 4.2. You can download it at the bottom of this page > https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mainwp/advanced/.

Extract the ZIP and upload it again with your FTP client. Now your sites will be visible again.

Don’t delete the plugin via wp-admin and install 4.2 again via wp-admin because you can loose settings.

The same here. It is certainly a bug in version 4.3.
What I did is what @ecommany said, but without using FTP, I just downloaded the latest 4.2 version (it’s 4.2.7.1) and uploaded it using the add new plugin featured, and replaced the 4.3 version with it, and all my websites came back. I think you can also use the WP Rollback plugin, and you will get the same result. We should wait until MainWP fixes the issue.

For me too. I rolled back to version 4.2.7.1 and the websites are visible again

Can you please open a helpdesk ticket so we can look further into this?

Thank you, changing the table engines seems to have resolved the issue for us as well. And boy you guys use a lot of tables ??
