4.4.0.1 Kills Site, Fatal Error

The fix for this issue has already been coded and it will be included in the upcoming maintenance release 4.4.1. The plan is to release early next week.

Please bear in mind this might change, but it’s the current plan!

@itiwordpress – Ed Fischer, if you are a premium license holder please reach out to our premium forums where we will help you set up the site with TEC, ET and ET+ 4.3.5 for now.

Through our non-profit, I do not have access to the premium forum. We did purchase ET+, so, feel as though we should get some support on this issue. Yes, starting with 4.3.5 would give us a chance to get our site running. How can I get to those versions?

@mneumann-1, we did test this out, and we are getting confirmation from customer about the resolution of the issue. So I think you are safe to update. As usual we recommend testing the update in a staging / test site before doing so in the production / live site.
