4.7.1 Ratelimit “user_ratelimit” exceeded

  • Since I activated WordFence on my client’s site, I’ve been getting the following error on some emails, <<4.7.1 Ratelimit “user_ratelimit” exceeded>>. My site’s email is managed by mailcheap, it is a mail relay service. I am using the free version of your plugin.

    Please indicate if this is an error message coming from your plugin, or should I check somewhere else for the error source.

    Please share the diagnostic test report and also deactivate Wordfence and then check the error, if its still exist then let me know.
