4.8.3 Upgrade Removed Site Admin Abilities?

    Bluehost automatically update my WordPress site, and I have noticed since the latest upgrade that I cannot administer themes and general site options. I only have this core user who can admin. I can add content but cannot get to themes or change menu functions etc.

    Can anyone advise on how to manage this issue, or provide some help to fix?

    Are you logging in as an administrator? Is this a multisite or stand-alone WP site?
