• Hi I took the time to solve this problem because I never give up, plugin permission configuration was a problem, my platform works on its own rules, when your plugin was introduced to my platform there was a permission conflict, I made the permission configuration for your plugin and now it works fine.
By the way, my case is not alone.
    R.

So sorry to hear about your problems, is there anything I can do to help?

Also please tell us how the plugin is responsible for all your issues. As you can tell from the other 700+ 5-star reviews, the plugin normally works great. So please do share more details about what happened in your specific case. That way we can try to help others avoid the same failures.

Thanks for the reply, but I’m having a hard time trying to understand what you are trying to communicate here. For example, when you say:

    1) “there is no link here”

Where is “here”? And what is the “link” you are talking about?

    2) “is the backend wordpress”

Are you asking if the backend is WordPress? If you are using any WordPress plugin, the answer is yes. Because WP plugins require WordPress in order to work.

    3) “all links in the page table have disappeared”

What “links” are you talking about? What is a “page table”? Disappeared…?

    4) “you cannot edit pages because they are not there”

Are you saying that you are not able to edit pages in the WP Admin Area? Or that something deleted your pages?

Please help us to understand here, as written it’s just not making any sense.

Your photo link goes to a Google login, which I do not have access to. Neither does anyone else. Please use a free public service such as this to share any screenshots, etc. Thank you.

I will not attach the link because it leads to the admin area, I am talking about the ”page” tab menu where links to pages should be, but unfortunately they are not there

Please help us to understand how USP deserves a one-star rating. So far, you have failed to provide any sort of supporting information or explanation as to what happened and why/how USP is responsible for all of your problems.

there is only one problem after installing your plugging, the pages have disappeared, that’s all I have to explain more

This plugin has nothing to do with pages. It displays a form on the frontend of your site. That is all. There is no way the plugin could delete/remove any of your pages. It’s just not possible.

Most likely the issues you are struggling with are happening because of misconfiguration, plugin conflicts, theme issues, etc. Just installing USP would not cause all of your pages to disappear, or whatever you’ve got going on over there.

Exactly as you say, there is no such possibility that the page that works perfectly will stop working, the result is the installation of your extension, I have 78 plugins installed that have been working together for over a year and I expect each additional plugin will be able to join to work with, but unfortunately your plugins creates a conflict right after activation

    I have 78 plugins installed

Well that explains it. Thank you for your honesty.

If you think that the number of plugs is a problem, you should probably change your profession, all plugins have been tested for a year now they work for another year without any problems, I understand that the plugin can not always serve everyone, why to create a plugin like it does not work for everyone
