4 images in a row with text

Hello,

I hope this is the right area to put this,

I’m a bit new to wordpress and was wondering how I can put 4 pictures in a row with a link below; best way to explain is by looking at an example – mobiles.co.uk. If you look at them you’ll see they have 4 mobile phones nicely presented in a row with links and all. I want to do this but with pictures for my blog (nothing to do with mobiles but thought it was a good example).

Is this look and feel achievable with any wordpress blog or do you have to do anything with CSS. I’m a bit of a beginner so not too aware of .php or html. Are there any plugins that may help me?
