4 installs, 4 fails

I’ve been working with the feedsapi staff. They seem like they WANT to fix the software, but doesn’t seem like they can.

I am trying to switch from wp rss multi-importer because its author is MIA and doesn’t support the product at all. I’ve now installed RSS Post Importer 4 times. Every time, when I import my feeds (per the .csv that feedsapi provided), it does not import the category & tag fields of the csv. Then, when I edit any one feed to check the category and tag fields and then save that feed, the software deletes every single feed in the db.

Can’t get past it. They are on the ball for support, but you can’t out support a product that just doesn’t work.
