4 items in the Featured Content area on mobile device

    I’m using 4 items in the Featured Content area. It looks great on my pc! But on mobile devices like the ipad the 4 items will be divided into 2 items per line.
    Is it possible to show all 4 items in one single line on mobile devices too?
