    1. How long should I keep comments that I’ve marked “Spam”? When this folder builds up to 50 or 100 spam-comments, is it time to delete the folder’s contents or does it serve a purpose to keep these comments on file?

    2. When including a graphic on a page or post, is there any advantage to uploading the graphic to the Media Library vs. linking it to file on hard drive?

    3. How do I indent a word more than what’s used for a Paragraph? For example, when adding a signature, I can center it, put it on the right or left margin but, if I want to display it elsewhere, how do I position it left or right?

    4. What’s the command to triple space between paragraphs. For example, when using a sub-headline, I want to position the subhead three spaces below the preceding paragraph.

Your help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    1. Each spam comment is automatically purged after 15 days, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

    2. Use the Media Library. Uploading via the Media Library (or the post interface) is the only way to catalogue the graphic in the Media Library. Even if you uploaded the file via FTP, you’d still have to upload it again via the Media Library if you ever wanted to use any Media Library-based features.

    3. In the Visual editor, click the toolbar button on the far right (it looks like three rows of small icons). This will display a second row of toolbar buttons. The button fourth from the right (looks kind of like a list with an arrow pointing to the right) is the indent button.

    4. You can try the options in the pull-down menu on the second toolbar row, but this may be something that you’ll need to edit the stylesheet for.
