I change the customization from 3 to 4 and it still shows for products per row. When I change to 5 it changes to 5. Only the 4 per row is not changing, I deactivated all plugins and still does not display 4.

I inspect the page and it creates a class=”products columns-4″ but I don’t know if this is in the theme

I also use elementor but I set the shop page to default shop page

Can you help me get it to display 4 per row please ? Thank you

From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the product display on your shop page. You’ve set it to display 4 products per row, but it’s not reflecting the changes, even though when you change it to 5 products per row, the changes take effect. I also understand that you’ve tried deactivating all plugins and inspecting the page class, but the issue persists.

I have checked your website at ?? https://chromlack.eu/shop and interestingly, I was able to see 4 products per row on my end. This suggests that the issue might be related to your browser or local setup.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause inconsistencies in how web pages are displayed.
    2. Try viewing your site in an incognito or private browsing window: This will help determine if the issue is related to any browser extensions or add-ons.
    3. Test on a different browser or device: This can help identify if the issue is specific to a certain browser or device.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, could you please provide more details? Specifically, it would be helpful to know the browser and device you’re using, and if possible, screenshots of what you’re seeing on your end. This will help us further investigate and resolve the issue.

You can share screenshots using https://snipboard.io. Just follow the page instructions and paste the URL in your reply.

Sharing your site’s System Status report will also help us understand your site’s setup and identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

    Hi @startechmarketing

I’m delighted to know that you managed to figure out a solution for the product display issue on your shop page. However, I understand that you can’t recall exactly how you did it.

Even though you can’t remember the specific steps, the important part is that you solved the problem. In the future, it would be useful to jot down the steps you take while fixing such issues. This way, if the same problem pops up again, you’ll have a record of the solution that worked.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

Hope you have a fantastic day!
