It looks like you’ve updated your permalink settings and they’re not working properly.

Settings -> Permalinks

Verify the information you have in there is correct. From what I can see you have ‘%’ in the URL which is not valid.

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

I assume you have something in ‘Category Base’ – put something in it like:

%category%

Try that!
