  • Hi @webhk,

When you get a chance could you please share more details on the error with the mailer you’re using?

In case if you are using ‘Gmail’ mailer and getting this error while authorizing, you will need to add the ‘Authorized redirect URI’ (where the response is returned to) from the plugin’s settings to your Google app APIs console. Here’s our tutorial for more details to setup Gmail mailer.

Our team is also working on an update to hopefully help others avoid/resolve this issue, but this should provide a fix for you right away.

    Thank You!

Hi @webhk – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Hi @webhk,

Please let me know the mailer you’re using, and when are you getting 400 error? In case if you are using ‘Gmail’ mailer and getting this error while authorizing, you will need to add the ‘Authorized redirect URI’ from the plugin’s settings to your Google app APIs console. Here’s our tutorial for more details to set up Gmail mailer.

Using Cloudflare shouldn’t be the reason for the error.

    Thanks!
