401 authorization failed

I had similar problems trying to use sub-accounts that I had created via Rackspace’s API, and solved by upgrading this plugin to use the latest version of Rackspace’s PHP SDK.

Are you using a sub-account?

I’m not using a sub-account (didn’t even know it was a thing).

Where do I find information on using the latest rackspace php sdk to setup so I can use this.

Make sure you have the right region selected that matches the container you’re using.

Yup, I’m using ORD and that matches the region in my cloud files setup.
